My mortgage application was a particularly difficult and complicated case, but Nicole and Senita were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were both incredibly professional, supportive and patient throughout the whole process. They took the time to understand my circumstances, kept me informed at every stage and worked tirelessly to help find a solution. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their communication and dedication were second to none. Daniel was brilliant throughout, keeping me updated, explaining everything clearly and always being available whenever I had questions. Vesta was equally fantastic, particularly when it came to dealing with the lender and keeping everything moving through the application process. Buying a house can be a pretty stressful experience, especially when you’re dealing with underwriting and all the documentation that comes with it, but they made the whole process feel straightforward and gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled properly. We’ve now got our formal mortgage offer and I genuinely couldn't be happier with the service we've received. Laura Casey20 days agoWe had a terrible experience with a different brokerage, which left us feeling incredibly nervous about seeking mortgage advice again. From the very beginning, Hayley put us completely at ease and restored our confidence in the process. Although we don’t have any adverse credit, our circumstances were complex for other reasons. Hayley gave us confidence early on that there was a solution and worked incredibly hard to find the right option for us. Not only did she secure a Decision in Principle, but she found us a lender offering a lower rate than our own bank, saving us precious money each month. My circumstances weren’t completely straightforward and there were definitely moments when I worried that things might not work out, but Hayley was always there to answer my questions, explain what was happening and reassure me without ever making me feel judged. The mortgage has now completed and I genuinely feel like I can finally breathe. After finding a dream family home and going down the route of applying direct with a high street lender which ended in a decline. I turned to the AMA team for some help! I recently had cancer and received my life insurance payout I wanted to use this get a house for my family I had a really large £25k deposit i had adverse credit in the past that was all cleared by the payout. All other brokers had said I had no chance. This company was recommended to me by Chat GPT of all people. From my initial phone call and the day I was blessed to have Nicole it was never a no!!! She worked through it all and within 1 week I had my morgage offer. Im now sat in my new build 4 bedroom property and my children's lives have changed for the better. They now all have thier own space to goto. Which for SEN children is a life saver. If your struggling with other brokers dont even bother come to AMA I cant recommend them enough.Posted on Google

Our case was not straightforward at all. We had already been through a very stressful time with previous brokers and lenders, with multiple setbacks due to the property type, service charge and credit-file history. By the time we contacted AMA, the whole process was really starting to weigh on us. Daniel and Vesta took the time to properly understand the full situation from the beginning, were honest about the options, and managed to find a lender where others couldn’t in a WEEK's time! What stood out immediately was how clear, realistic and straightforward he was. There was no pressure and no false promises. They have been absolutely incredible from start to finish, especially given how unique and challenging our situation was. Before contacting AMA, I had already approached 4 or 5 banks and building societies directly and was honestly getting to the point where I was ready to give up. I felt like getting a mortgage was becoming impossible, but within just 5 minutes of submitting the form on the AMA website, Hayley had called me, listened to our situation, and reassured me that a mortgage could quite possibly be achievable. That one phone call completely changed everything. From that moment onwards, Hayley was amazing. She guided us through every step of the process, answered all of my (many!) questions, kept us updated, and always took the time to explain things whenever I was confused or overwhelmed. I’m sure some of my emails were fuelled by a mix of exhaustion and uncertainty, but Hayley was always patient, understanding, and reassuring. We had Hayley as our broker who i can't thank or praise enough for dealing with our my million silly questions/queries, but yet she was always there to answer them without an issue. T K141 days agoHayley is a godsend ! Her dedication and service has been outstanding. I contacted AMA after watching Dan on a TikTok live for “bad credit” customers. Approached AMA in July 2025 in a bad state overall financially but got an offer with a specialist lender and high rate which didn’t work out. I gave up and went ghost BUT THEN .. January 2026 things had changed for good. I reproached Hayley and she got back to me swiftly and happily worked through it again with me. Secured a mortgage with high street lender and low rate. I reached out to AMA on the Friday evening and Nicole came back to me on Saturday. Within a matter of days, we had a mortgage in principle agreed following an underwriter review, and less than two weeks later we received our official mortgage offer.
