- The referral scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees and associated parties of AMA Financial Services Ltd are not eligible to participate.
- A qualifying referral must be a new client who has not previously made an enquiry or application with AMA Financial Services Ltd.
- A referral will only qualify once the referred client’s mortgage has legally completed. Completion means the mortgage funds have been released and the transaction has completed.
- A £100 Amazon or One4all gift voucher will be provided as a thank you for each qualifying referral, subject to these terms and where permitted.
- The referral thank you will be issued within 30 days of mortgage completion.
- Only one referral thank you will be paid per completed mortgage case, regardless of the number of referrers.
- There is no cash alternative to the voucher offered.
- Self-referrals will not qualify. Duplicate referrals will be honoured on a first received basis only.
- By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the individual’s consent to share their details with AMA Financial Services Ltd.
- AMA Financial Services Ltd reserves the right to refuse a referral where it does not meet these terms or where there is any suspicion of misuse of the scheme.
- AMA Financial Services Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
- This referral scheme is subject to all applicable FCA rules and guidance and may not be available in all circumstances.
