It will depend on what the original balance of the CCJ was and what it was for. It is possible that a lender will consider your application once your CCJ has been satisfied for at least 3 months for minor court orders under £500 for things such as parking fines.
However, if the lender considers the CCJ is for a more serious commitment, such as Credit cards, loans etc… and the balance was over £500 fewer lenders would be willing to consider your application until the CCJ had been registered for at least 6 months, even if it had been repaid.
The interest rates are likely to be higher than a high street lender, and the minimum deposit required to support your application would also need to be 25% or more.
